Healing isn’t tidy or linear - you don’t have to be either

Meet Cassandra

Hi, I’m Cassandra — social worker, therapist, and professional human-being-helper for nearly twenty years.

I work with parents, trauma survivors, 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent kids, and families — real people navigating the messy, beautiful parts of being human.

My approach is practical, neuroscience-informed, and rooted in attachment theory.
I help people understand why behaviours and emotions show up the way they do — and how to respond in ways that actually help, not just react.

How I Work

No jargon. No fluff. No performative calm.

Just grounded, compassionate conversations that make space for the full range of human experience — the tears, the humour, and the eye rolls.

I don’t shy away from the hard stuff — trauma, parenting tension, relationship strain, or the big emotional waves that come with being human.

My job is to help you find your footing and remember your nervous system’s way back to calm.

And if laughter sneaks in? Perfect. That’s regulation, too.
